摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺铁量的改性纳米二氧化钛光催化剂.用XRD与SEM技术表征了其结构特征,并以硝基苯为目标降解物,得出当铁含量为0.05%时,制得的二氧化钛样品的光催化活性最高.当硝基苯初始浓度为50 mg/L,pH为3,催化剂用量为1.2 g/L时,室温条件下,40 W紫外灯照射100 min时,去除率高达88%.A modified nanoscale TiO2 photocatalyzer doped with different iron contents was prepared with Sol-Gel processing and Ti(OBu)4 was used as the van substance. The analytical techniques of XRD and SEM were used to characterize its structure. The TiO2 particles doped with 0. 05% Fe3+ was shown to have the best photocatalysis activity with nitrobenzene as the degradation object. A high degradation rate of nitrobenzene (88 %) was obtained when the initial concentration of nitrobenzene was 50 mg/L, pH value was 3 and the nitrobenzene-containing wastewater was irradiated by 40 W UV-light for 100 minutes.
