高产高效持续农作制度是农业可持续发展的基础

摘　　要：论文回顾了本世纪以来相继发生的石油农业、生态农业、绿色革命和可持续农业等国际农业思潮的演进。介绍了农业可持续发展战略的定义、概念以及从可持续发展战略向可持续发展技术变化的新动向。阐述了农作制度概念及其技术体系内容与特点。在分析江苏农业生产现状与可持续发展面临主要问题的基础上，指出建立现代型高产高效持续农作制度是江苏农业可持续发展的基础，并相应提出农作制度技术体系设想。This paper makes a review for the evolution on international agricultural thoughts such as petro agriculture ,eco agriculture,green revolution and sustainable agriculture etc.,which occured successively since this century.The definition and conception of sustainable agriculture development strategy and a new trend changed from the sustainable development strategy toward the sustainable development technique are introduced.The farming system conception and its techniqe system with content and characteristics are explained.On the base of analysing the present situation of Jiangsu agricultural production and of analysing the main problems facing for Jiangsu sustainable agricultural development ,it is suggested that establishing a modern type of farming system with high yield,high efficiency and sustainable function makes a developmental base of Jiangsu sustainable agriculture,meanwhile also suggesting a corresponding assume on technique system of farming system.
