摘　　要：当今，计算机网络的发展日新月异，以校园网为基础的高校信息化建设多数已初具规模。目前高校信息化建设主要依托于网络，人们获取信息的方式主要是从网络被动获取（上网查询），而几乎人人都有的移动手机却没有在高校信息化建设中得到很好地应用。本文所探讨的正是如何在高校信息化建设中引入移动信息化的概念，将移动通信技术与网络技术和各种信息化应用系统（如办公自动化系统、图书信息系统、综合教务系统等）结合起来，使相互的优势互补，让移动通信在高校信息化建设中发挥作用。本文将从高校信息化建设现状、移动信息化特性、移动信息化建设思路等几个方面入手，探讨高校移动信息化的建设思路及其应用实现。Nowadays, the development of computer networks,is changing with each passing day, the information construction which is base on network of campus has already begun to take a shape. Recently, the information construction mostly rely on the network in university, the important way that people can get the information is almost from searching online, however, almost everyone has cell phone but hardly have the good application from the information construction in university. So this article will discuss how to import the concept of mobile information technology to the information construction in university, and how to combine the mobile communication technology and network technology and other different kinds of information application system. In order to let they can match their benefit to each other, and let the mobile information technology play a role in the information construction in university. This article will start to discuss on the current starus , characteristic and research ideas about the mobile information construction in university, and also will discuss how to make the application to come true.
