摘　　要：目的建立用HPLC法测定氯霉素注射液含量的方法。方法C18柱为色谱柱,甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,检测波长272nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果氯霉素在40～300μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.0%(n=5)。结论本法简便准确,可用于氯霉素注射液的含量测定。Objective To establish a method of determination of Chloramphenicol Injection by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used C18 column,mobile phase was composed of methanol-water（70：30） , The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with detection wavelength at 272 nm. Results The linear correlation was good in the range of 40 -300 μg/ml of Chloramphenicol（ r =0. 999 7）. The average recovery was 100. 3% and RSD was 1.0% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple , accurate and can be used for determination of Chloramphenicol In- jection.
