摘　　要：骨桥蛋白是一种分泌型糖基化磷蛋白,可介导细胞粘附,聚集及迁移,具有抗炎和促炎的双重作用,近年来逐渐认识到它在心血管疾病中起着不可估量的作用,在心衰的发生和发展中表达上调,并且和心衰的严重程度及心衰预后关系密切。Osteopontin, as a secreted glycosylated phosphoprotein, regulating cell adhesion, migration and proliferation, has both proand anti-inflammatory effects. Recent years more and more evidence demonstrated that OPN plays a pivotal role in the cardiovascular disease and is upregulated in the development of heart failure. Its plasma level is closely correlated with the severity and progress of heart failure.
