皮肤再生技术结合整形手术治疗严重创伤的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨在处理急诊严重创伤病例中能够有效促进愈合和降低残疾率的方法。方法:对急诊收治的58例严重创伤患者,采用皮肤再生技术结合整形外科技术处理创面,对治疗结果进行分析总结。结果:58例严重创伤患者的创面均实现Ⅰ期愈合,功能及外形恢复良好,随访无瘢痕增生及挛缩畸形等并发症,无残疾、截肢病例。结论:应用皮肤再生技术结合整形技术能最大限度恢复创伤部位的功能及形态,降低致畸致残率,临床效果理想,实用性强。Objective： To explore the effective method of promoting wound healing and reducing disability rate on emergency eases of severe traumatic patients. Method： For the 58 emergency eases of severe traumatic patients, skin regeneration therapy combined with plastic technique was applied, and the effect was reviewed. Result： All of 58 patients archived to primary healing. The patients＇function and appearance at the wound sites after healing were satisfactory. No cases of hypertrophic scar, eontraeture deformation, disability and amputation eases were observed. Conclusion： Skin regeneration therapy combined with plastic technique is an ideal and practical treatment method to treat traumatic patients, it can restore patients＇ function and appearance at the wound sites furthest, and reduces malformation rate and disability rate as well
