摘　　要：慢性皮肤溃疡由于其发生于体表,病程长、对外观影响大及并发症多等特点,对患者的生活和工作质量造成了极大的危害,是现代社会影响人们生活和工作质量的一个重要并发症。而外治法在本病治疗中起着重要的作用。该文旨在探讨慢性皮肤溃疡外治法实验研究近况,发展外治法,以期为慢性皮肤溃疡的防治提供可靠的理论依据、新的技术方法和研究思路。Chronic skin ulcer is a kind of common and frequently encountered disease. The characteristics of chronic skin ulcer are existence in body surface that results in appearance and aesthetic problem, a long term to heal and having many complications and so on. All of these will harm to the patients＇live and work quality. It has been an important issue in current society. Topic treatment for chronic skin ulcer plays a very important role in the treatments. This paper is aim to approach the new treatments and medicines in this field by reviewing the experimental studies on topic treatment of chronic skin ulcer, so that it is expected to provide some experimental and theoretical basis and to open a mind for developing new technique or therapy.
