摘　　要：目的:探讨应用美宝创面速愈贴(MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面时的护理措施。方法:对32例Ⅱ度烧伤创面采用美宝创面速愈贴治疗的护理进行分析总结。结果:32例患者46处烧伤创面中,浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面5天～10天愈合,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面12天～18天愈合。结论:做好心理护理和消毒隔离,控制创面感染,预防创面受压,是保证美宝创面速愈贴治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面成功的重要保障。Objective： To explore the nursing measures of Treating Ⅱ degree burn with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing. Method： nursing method of 32 cases of Ⅱ degree burn patients with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing were summarized and reviewed. Result： In 32 cases （46 wounds） of patients, the healing time of superficial Ⅱ degree bum wounds was 5 - 10 days, while deep Ⅱ degree wounds was 12 - 18 days. Conclusion： It is the important factor to ensure the effect of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in treating Ⅱ degree burn that physiological nursing and disinfection and isolation, controlling wounds infection and preventing pressure wounds should be put into effect.
