摘 要:用由国外引进的IBD变异株鸡胚适应毒经CEF传代适应后所获得的BK912F5毒液进行了病毒理化特性试验和形态学观察,并与标准I型毒CJ801BKF株进行了抗原相关性检测。实验证明,BK912具有IBDV的基本特性且与标准I型毒CJ801BKF株处于不同血清亚型。以2000TCID50/0.2ml的BK912冻干活疫苗免疫SPF鸡后能完全抵抗美国标准变异株强毒1084A的攻击。一系列试验证明BK912仍为IBDV变异株毒。The IBDV strain BK912F 5 was obtained from imported chicken embryos adapted variant virus through CEF adaptation and it was characterized and observed for physiochemical and morphological properties respectively. The antigenic relation between BK912 and standard serotype I CJ801BKF strain was also tested. The results showed that the BK912 strain possessed basic properites of IBDV and belonged to a different subtype compared with CJ801BKF strain. The SPF chickens vaccinated with lyophilized live BK912 vaccine at 2000TCID 50 /0 2ml each bird, could protect the challenge of USA virulent variant completely. A series of tests fully proved that the BK912 was still an IBDV variant strain.
