高效旋流器提高磨机产量的试验研究

摘　　要：讨论了提高凡口铅锌矿选矿厂二段磨机产量的方法及相应的措施，通过优化旋流器的参数，调整磨矿回路的循环负荷，使分级效率从４５５６％提高到５６４２％，磨机的ｑ值由０．９３４ｔ／（ｍ３·ｈ）提高到１１６ｔ／（ｍ３·ｈ），得出二段磨矿的最佳循环负荷为７９．１４％～８２．７１％。The methods and measures for increasing the capacity of ball mill of Fankou mineral processing plant are discussed. By optimizing the parameters of cyclones and adjusting the circuit load of the mills, the capacity of mill will be increased from 0.934 t/(m3·h) to 1.16 t/(m3·h), At the same time the classification efficiency of cyclone is increased from 45.56% to 56.42%. The results show that the optimum circuit load of mill is 79.14*～82.71%.
