摘 要:以节能发电调度排序原则为基础,以电网安全运行为约束,综合考虑市场与政策因素,对电网的实时购电价格进行了在线的计算分析;引入边际购电成本计算,构建了以电网实时出力调整的发电能耗最小为目标的综合决策模型,能够对跨省区购售电短期交易的经济性进行评估。同时,详细阐述了据此开发的电网实时购电价格计算分析系统的构造体系与主要功能,指出了系统实时边际购电成本计算的创新性与数据自动寻优和免维护等实用化的特点。目前该系统已投入四川电网实际运行,试运行的结果证明了系统的实用性和有效性。Based on the arrangement principle of energy-saving generation dispatching, restricted by the security operation for the power grid, synthetically considering the factors of market and policy, the price of real-time purchasing electricity for the power grid is accurately calculated and analyzed. With the introduction of calculation for the marginal cost of purchasing electricity, an integrated decision-making model is proposed with the objective of minimizing energy consumption under the realtime generation adjustment for the power grid, which can be used to evaluate the economy of the trans-provincial or transregional electric power short-term trade of the electricity consumption. Meanwhile, the paper describes in detail the structure and main functions of the power grid real-time purchasing electricity price analysis calculation system, and shows the innovation of the system marginal cost of real-time purchasing electricity calculation and the practical features in automatic data optimization and system maintenance-free. The system proposed has already been applied into Sichuan power grid and the results show the practicality and effectiveness of the system.
