摘  要:以湖北鄂州钙基膨润土为原料,研究了将提纯、钠化改型和有机插层改性结合在一起的制备有机膨润土的联合处理工艺。通过L9(34)正交实验和调优实验,确定了最佳的工艺条件:插层剂用量40%,反应温度95℃,钠化剂用量6%,反应时间5h。4种有机改性剂实验结果表明:1831的改性效果最佳,有机膨润土中蒙脱石的d001为4.1639nm。Taking Ca-bentonite produced from Ezhou city of Hubei province as raw material, the organo-bentonite was prepared by purification,Na-modification and organic intercalation modification. Through orthogonal test design of L9(3^4) and optimal experiment,the optimal technologial conditions of the organic modifiction were as follow:the intercalator dosage was 40%, the reaction temperature was 95℃, the dosage of Na-modification was 6%, the time of reaction was 5h. The experiment results of the four organic modifiers show that 1831 is preferable and it makes d001, of organic bentonite is 4.1639nm.
