摘 要:以改性高岭土(MK)和白炭黑(PS)作为补强剂,采用熔融共混法制备了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)复合材料,并对其力学性能、气密性能和微观结构进行了测试分析。结果表明:改性高岭土和白炭黑在EPDM中分散良好,有效提高了复合材料的力学性能和气体阻隔性能,MK单独填充复合材料的透气率降低了25.5%~47.0%,50份PS填充的透气率降低了51.5%,MK与PS配合填充的降低了43.2%~531%,复合材料的气密性能得到了明显的改善。且颗粒细小、分散性较好的PS阻隔性能略好于颗粒尺寸较大、分散性较弱的MK,配合填充的阻隔作用比单独填充的更强。EPDM composites filled with the modified kaolin (MK) and the precipitated silica (PS) were prepared by melt blending. Performances of the composites, such as mechanical property, microstructure and air-tightness, were investigated. The results showed that MK and PS were well dispersed in EPDM and improved the mechanical properties and gas barrier properties of rubber composites. Permeability of EPDM composites filled with MK separately was reduced 25.5%-47.0%. That filled with 50 phr PS was reduced 51.5%. That filled with MK and PS was reduced 43.2%-53.1%. The air-tightness of composites has been significantly improved. Moreover, the barrier capability of PS with small particle size and good dispersion was slightly better than that of MK with larger particle size and weaker dispersion, and the combined filling is more remarkable than the separate filling in improving the gas-tightness of composites.
