摘 要:硅微粉是硅铁或金属硅冶炼过程中产生的副产品。本实验对盐酸改性湿法提纯硅微粉进行了正交实验研究,实验结果表明:最佳纯化效果条件是将浓度为5g/L的硅微粉水浆液用盐酸调至pH值为6时,自然沉降3h,去除沉淀杂质,回收浆液中SiO2的含量可以达96.19%;在实际应用时,将浓度为5g/L的硅微粉浆液用盐酸调至pH值为7时,自然沉降0.5h,此时收集的硅微粉中SiO2的含量可以达89.92%,为最佳纯化效率条件,满足投入产出双赢的效果。Silica powder is a kind of by-product of ferrosilicon or metal smelting. The study focuses on the purification of silica powder by wet method, and the best conditions of purification effect and the best conditions of purification efficiency turned out to be as following: the concentration of silica powder slurry is 5g/L, pH value is 6, precipitation time is 3h. After removing sediment impurities, the SiO2 content of final product is 96.19%; When the above process is put into practice, the concentration of silica powder slurry is 5g/L, pH value is 7, precipitation time is 0.5h, and the SiO2 content of final product is 89.92%. Thus, the conclusion which we have gained from our study will give a good technical reference for using the method to purify silica powder practically.
