摘 要:本文采用静态吸附法研究了NaCl-Al2(SO4)3复合改性沸石处理含氟废水的除氟性能;研究了接触时间、pH值、温度等因素对除氟效果的影响。结果表明:NaCl-Al2(SO4)3复合改性沸石除氟效率远高于NaCl单独改性沸石;改性沸石投加量为2.5%时,可使水中氟离子的去除率达59.60%,单位质量沸石除氟量达0.477mg/g;NaCl-Al2(SO4)3复合改性沸石除氟具有良好的水温和pH值适应性;NaCl-Al2(SO4)3复合改性沸石除氟遵循吸附和络合反应复合机理。Based on the experiments of static adsorption, the removing fluoride performance of NaCl-Al2(SO4)3 composite modified zeolite was studied in this paper. The influence of modified method, pH value, temperature and contact time on removing fluoride were discussed. The results showed that the fluoride removal rate of NaCl-Al2(SO4)3 composite modified zeolite is higher than NaCI modified zeolite. When using 2.5wt% NaCl-Al2(SO4)3 composite modified zeolite, the removal rate of fluoride is over 59.60%, and the handling capacity is about 0.477mg/g, and the modified zeolite has a good adaptability of temperature and pH value. The principles of fluoride removal by NaCl-Al2(SO4)3 composite modified zeolite was the adsorption of zeolite and reaction precipitation together.
