摘  要:随着GPS定位技术的发展,GPS定位在硬件和软件两方面都有了很大的进步.国内外早已将GPS定位技术用于大范围、长距离的板块监测和地壳形变监测活动.但将GPS技术用于短距离精密定位,例如形变监测、边坡滑移等方面还较少.文章讨论了GPS技术用于短距离形变监测的有关问题,特别对在现有精度基础上如何进一步提高监测精度这一问题作了较为详细的分析.With the development of GPS positioning technology, GPS has made greatprogress in both hardware and software. People have begun to use GPS technologyin the activities of large scale, long distance monitoring of plate and crustalmovement and made successful application. But there are few applications to useGPS technology in short precise baseline positioning, for instance, application indeformation ground split at mine zone and the stability of mining boundary slope atlarge open-cast mine, the monitoring of dam deformation, building deformation andslide of boundary slope and the precisely positioning in the installation of hugeequipment. Some problems about monitoring short baseline deformation using GPStechnology are discussed. Especially the problem to improve measuring accuracybased on present accuracy is discussed in detail.
