摘  要:目的:探究放、化复合损伤性血虚证小鼠造血调节因子及其受体水平改变,丰富血虚证实质研究内涵。方法:用荧光定量PCR检测放、化复合损伤性血虚证小鼠肾脏Epo、脾脏Epo受体、骨髓细胞GM-CSF mRNA表达量的变化。结果:放、化复合损伤性血虚证小鼠肾脏Epo、脾脏Epo受体mRNA表达量显著高于正常小鼠,骨髓GM-CSF mRNA表达量无显著改变。结论:放、化复合损伤性小鼠血虚模型的形成机制与肾脏Epo、脾脏Epo受体和骨髓细胞GM-CSF的减少无关。Objective: To explore the changing of hematopoietic regulation factors and their receptors levels in radiation, chemistry injury blood deficiency syndrome mice, enrich the material basis researches of blood deficiency syndrome. Methods: Using fluorescent real-time quantitation PCR to observe the changes of the kidney Epo, the spleen EpoR and the bone marrow cells GM-CSF mRNA quantities in radiation, chemistry injury blood deficiency syndrome mice. Results: The expression quantities of the kidney Epo, the spleen EpoR mRNA arc obviously higher in radiation, chemistry injury mice than normal mice, the bone marrow cells GM-CSF mRNA quantity are not obviously different between two groups. Conclusions: The forming mechanisms of blood deficiency in radiation, chemistry injury mice do not related with the reduces of kidney Epo, the spleen El)oR and the bone marrow ceils GM-CSF.
