产业集群企业知识联盟的动因及博弈浅析

摘　　要：产业集群与知识联盟在促进知识创新方面存在共性。产业集群企业构建知识联盟的动因在于利用知识联盟提高集群内企业的核心能力,进而提高整个产业集群的竞争力。通过构建产业集群企业间的知识联盟博弈模型,说明了集群内企业实现知识联盟的可能性。Industrial clusters share certain characteristics in promoting knowledge creation with knowledge alliance. It is argued that the main underlying force for industrial clusters to establish knowledge alliances is that it can improve the core competence of those enterprises, therefore, the competing power of the whole industrial cluster can also be strengthened. Possibilies of realizing knowledge alliance among enterprises in industrial clusters are explained by establishing knowledge alliance gaming model of industrial cluster.
