摘　　要：本文通过对313名监狱警察进行问卷(SCL-90、SSRS、LES)调查,了解监狱警察的心理健康现状及其影响因素。发现监狱警察存在更多的心理压力,且存在性别差异,工作岗位和工作年限对心理健康有重要影响。313 prison policemen were investigated with questionnaires （SCL- 90, SSRS, LES） in order to know their mental health status and the influencing factors. The results are that they have more psychological problems, and the existence of gender differences in jobs and work experience have a major impact on their mental health.
