摘  要:对茶树内生真菌H8菌株的形态、种类以及产红色色素的培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,H8菌株是一种镰刀菌属(Fusarium)真菌,其有性型为子囊菌(Ascomycete)。该菌株菌丝在生长发育过程中可产生红色色素,其菌丝在以葡萄糖为碳源,以蛋白胨为氮源,碳氮比为40∶1,pH值为5的培养条件下,有利于菌丝产红色色素。An experiment was conducted to study the morphology characteristics and taxon oi H8 strain oi endophytic tungi irom a tea plant. The culture conditions for producing red pigment were also discussed. Result shows that the strain belongs to Fusarium, and its teleomorph is Ascomycete. The hyphae of the strain H8 could produce red pigment during growth. The optimal culture conditions for the fungi to produce red pigment were carbon-nitrogen ratio 40:1 at pH 5 by using dextrose as carbon resource and peptone as nitrogen resource.
