摘 要:通过对转向组合开关换挡过程的分析,提出了汽车组合开关的评价参数。通过对评价参数进行大样本容量的试验测试,确定了每一项参数与组合开关操作性能之间的影响关系。分析结果表明,组合开关换挡过程中换挡力的分布区域、换挡力与换挡位移的离散度与操作性能之间有非常明显的对应关系。在此基础上指出,可以换挡力的分布区域、离散度及换挡位移的离散度作为汽车组合开关操作性能的评价参数。fThe evaluation parameters of automotive multi-function switches are presented through analyzing the shifting process of turn signal switches. By conducting large sample test on the evaluation parameters, the influencing relationship between each parameter and operating performance of the muhifunction switch is defined. The analysis results indicate that there is obvious corresponding relationship between the shifting force distribution area, degree of dispersion of shifting force and shifting displacement with operating performance. It is therefore indicated on this basis that shifting force distribution area, degree of dispersion and degree of dispersion of shifting displacement can be used as evaluation parameter of operating performance of automotive multifunction switches.
