摘 要:优化轧制规程计算及实现的基本数学模型,由优选轧制压力公式、变形抗力、温降模型参数和精确弹跳方程构成。通过计算机模拟实验比较主要压力公式的Q_p值,优选出该轧机的实用压力公式,变形抗力和温降模型参数非线性估计方法,提高了压力预报精度;反映板宽因素的非线性弹跳方程,是提高辊缝设定精度的关键。通过实测轧机横向刚度的轧制方案,优化轧制规程和不同终轧道次轧制压力规程的设定计算,并在轧机上实验,证明所研制的方法是可行的,提高了厚度目标命中度,减小了异板差,提高了成材率。Optimization of rolling schedule calculation and achieved basic math model consists of optimally selected formulation of rolling pressure,deformation resistance, temperature drop model parameters and accurate spring equation Comparison is made of the Qp value for main pressure formulation by means of computer simulation test,practical pressure formulation, non-linear estimation method of deformation resistance and temperature drop model parameters are optimally selected for this mill, pressure forecasting accuracy is improved, non-linear spring equation reflecting plate width factor is Key to enhance roll gap setting accuracy By means of actually measuring mill stiffness in tranverse direction optimization of rolling schedule setting and calculation of rolling pressure at different final rolling passes and experiment on the mill ,show that the developed method is feasible, enhancing thickness target realization rate,reducing inter plate gage variation and improving yield ratio.
