摘　　要：介绍了涤棉混纺针织物小样试验的要求,阐述了免还原清洗染整工艺中前处理、染涤、染棉以及ZF清洗、皂洗一浴的工艺处方,比较分析了免还原清洗工艺与常规工艺在染色工艺曲线、牢度和效益等方面的差别,得出免还原清洗工艺较常规工艺具有缩短工艺、节省时间、操作简单、湿摩擦牢度好等优点。This paper introduces the requirements on the sample preparation of polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric,and analyzes the technological prescription of the pretreatment,polyester dyeing,cotton dyeing,and the one bath of ZF cleaning and soaping. In addition,this paper compares the differences between the reduction clearing free dyeing and finishing technology and the conventional technology in terms of the technological curve of dyeing,color fastness and benefits. It can be concluded that the reduction clearing free dyeing and finishing technology bears the advantages of shortening the technological flow,saving time,easy operation and improving the wet frictional fastness.
