摘 要:以活性炭和苯胺为原料,原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺/活性炭复合材料(PANI/AC)。采用交流阻抗测试分析比较了PANI/AC复合材料和活性炭两电极体系电容器在6mol/L KOH电解液中的电容性能。利用交流阻抗谱图计算电容器的比容量,PANI/AC低频区比容量为401.47F/g,比AC比容量194.64F/g提高了2.06倍。100kHz~0.01Hz频率范围内两类电容器的阻抗谱图均出现倾角为45°的直线段,其相位角均小于理想电容器的90°,分别为68.14°和80.55°,由于不同电压下PANI氧化态的转变,PANI/AC电极电荷转移阻抗随开路电压增大逐渐减小。PANI/AC composite material was synthesized by in-situ polymerization method using aniline and activated carbon as raw materials. Electrochemical impendence was used to measure the electrochemical performance of PANI/AC and AC materials in electrolyte of 6 mol/L KOH aqueous solution. In two-electrode capacitor, the capacitance was estimated from impendence spectroscopy, the PANI/AC exhibits high specific capacitance of 401.47 F/g, which is 2.06 times larger than that of the AC's specific capacitance of 194.64 F/g. In the frequency range of 100 kHz to 0.01 Hz, there is a 45° line in impendence spectroscopy and the phase angle of capacitors with both kinds of electrodes are smaller than 90° ,which are 68.14° and 80.55°.The existence of different oxidation states for PANI make the impendence to decrease with increasing the voltage.
