摘　　要：对PX装置歧化烷基转移反应器和二甲苯异构化反应器反应机理进行了研究,利用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件建立了歧化烷基转移反应器和二甲苯异构化反应器模拟模块。建立了由歧化烷基转移、吸附分离、二甲苯异构化和二甲苯精馏等四个单元组成的PX装置流程模拟程序包。此模拟程序包可以对整个PX装置进行流程模拟计算。经对比,模拟结果与参考数据的偏差在可接受的范围内,可以应用于PX装置的工程设计。The reaction mechanism in disproportionation-transalkylation reactor and isomerization reactor of the p-xylene complex have been studied. The simulated disproportionation-transalkylation reactor and isomerization reactor have been developed. The process simulation program package for the p-xylene complex have been established ,which is composed of disproportionation- transalkylation unit, p-xylene adsorption separation unit, xylenes isomerization unit and xylenes fractionation unit. The whole process in the p-xylene complex can be simulated with the process simulation program package. The simulation results fit well with the design data of the p-xylene complex, and the process simulation program package can be applied in the design of commercial units.
