摘 要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司连续重整装置由于手阀内漏,预加氢蒸发塔高硫化氢原料通过加氢裂化重石脑油管道窜入重整进料,造成连续重整催化剂R-274轻度硫化氢中毒。通过三周期阶段性脱硫再生,并少量补充氯,抑制可逆硫的吸附,使R-274中毒得以有效控制并快速恢复活性,短期内生产出合格的高辛烷值汽油产品。实践表明,R-274硫中毒使金属活性下降,酸性功能相对增强,重整反应液体收率和芳烃转化率降低,但硫中毒是可逆的,采取相应措施可使吸附硫慢慢释放,催化剂活性重新得以恢复。The internal leaking of manual-operated valve in the continuous catalytic reformer in SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co. ,Ltd resulted in the leakages of high-H2S feed from pre-hydrotreater vaporizer to CCR feed naphtha through laydrocraeking naphtha pipeline and CCR catalyst R-274 was poisoned by H2S. Through the sulfur removal and catalyst regeneration of 3 cycles and addition of a little amount of chlorine to inhibit the absorption of reversible sulfur, the poisoning of catalyst was effectively brought under control and the catalyst activity was rapidly restored. The on-spec high-octane gasoline was produced in a short period of time. The practice shows that, the sulfur poisoning of R-274 catalyst reduces the metal activity and increases acidity, and the liquid yield of reforming reaction and aromatics conversion are reduced. As the sulfur poisoning is reversible, the catalyst activity can be restored if effectively measures are taken to slowly release the absorbed sulfur.
