摘 要:提出了一种基于二维短时傅里叶变换的干涉相位图解缠方法。该方法首先将干涉相位数据转变成指数,利用二维短时傅里叶变换进行处理,设置阈值,进行二维短时傅里叶逆变换;最后,求取复数相位,获得滤波后干涉相位,达到降低噪声和清除残差点的目的,并利用改进的Itoh方法对滤波后的相位进行相位解缠。仿真和实测数据处理结果验证了该方法的有效性,且与其他方法相比具有较高的精度。A two-dimensional phase unwrapping approach based on two-dimensional windowed Fourier transform (WFT) is proposed. First, the interferogram phases are transformed into an exponential field, then the exponential data are processed by WFT, and a threshold is selected to reduce noise, and the filtered exponential data are obtained by inverse WFF (IWFT). Finally, the filtered wrapped phases are computed by filtered exponential data; the noise and its residues are first removed, then phases are unwrapped by modified Itoh method. Experimental results, carried out on simulated and real data, validate the efficiency of the proposed approach, and showed the advantage of the proposed approach over other approaches in accuracy.
