摘  要:以氯球为原料,通过胺化和季铵化两步反应,制得水不溶性杀菌剂。其中季铵化反应在超声辐照下进行,通过正交实验研究了各个反应条件对固载量的影响。研究结果表明:氯代十四烷为树脂质量的4倍,异丙醇为溶剂,异丙醇与氯代十四烷体积比为4∶1,反应温度70℃,反应时间6h,超声输出功率200W,固载量可达1.088mmol/g,而无超声处理的反应24h后,固载量仅为1.037mmol/g。Water-insoluble bactericides have been made by a two-step reaction: tertiary amination and quaterisation, and the chloromethyl polystyrene resin has been used as raw material. The quaterisation reaction is accomplished under ultrasonic irradiation. The effect of every reaction conditions on the solid loading has been studied under orthogonal tests. As a result, it is found that the solid loading level could reach 1.088 mmol/g,after 6 h under the conditions that the mass ratio of resin to 1-chlorotetradecane is 1:4, the volume ratio of isopropanol to 1- chlorotetradecane is 4:1, the output power of ultrasonic irradiation is 200 W, and the reaction temperature is 70 ℃. But under the condition without ultrasonic irradiation for 24 h the solid loading level just could reach 1.037 mmol/g.
