摘 要:以FeSO4、MgO和H2SO4为原料制备了新型镁铁复合絮凝剂PFMS,考察了反应温度、氧化剂用量、硫酸用量及MgO比例对絮凝性能的影响。结果表明PFMS的最佳合成条件为:反应温度30℃,n(ClO3-)∶n(Fe)=1∶6,n(H2SO4)∶n(Fe)=0.3,MgO合适的替换比例为20%~30%。用制备产品对高岭土模拟废水、染料模拟废水及城市生活污水进行了处理,结果显示:余浊<5NTU,脱色率>75%,CODCr去除率>60%。A new composite flocculant, PFMS, which consists of ferrous sulfate(FeSO4), magnesium oxide (MgO) and sulfuric acid(H2SO4), has been prepared. The effects of temperature, dosage of oxidant, sulfuric acid and the molar ratio of MgO on its flocculating capacity are investigated, respectively. of PFMS are shown as follows: the reaction temperature is 30 ℃, the The optimum conditions of the preparation molar ratios are n(ClO3^-):n(Fe)=1:6, n (H2SO4):n(Fe)=0.3, and the appropriate MgO substitute ratio is 20%-30%. The products have been used for treating the kaolin simulated wastewater, simulated dyestuff wastewater and municipal sewage, respectively. The results show that the turbidity is below 5.0 NTU, the removal rates of color and CODCr are higher than 75%, 60%, respectively.
