摘  要:针对某厂高浓度酸性含铜废水,研究了硫化钠和重金属捕集剂组合处理对水中铜离子的去除效果,选定了最佳的处理条件,包括药品投加量、反应时间、pH、加药方式等。在反应时间超过20min,Na2S和捕集剂按理论量投加,pH在4以上,先投加组合药剂后用NaOH调节pH,出水铜离子质量浓度<0.5mg/L,达到国家排放标准要求,并且渣中铜质量分数>23%,具有回收价值,且处理过程中无H2S气体溢出,可以实现工业酸性含铜废水的资源化无害化处理。Aimming at the industrial acidic wastewater containing high-copper at a plant, the effect of sodium sulfide and heavy metal composite trapping agent on the treatment of copper ions in water has been investigated. The best treatment conditions, such as the dosage of chemicals, reaction time, pH value, and dosing mode are determined. The reaction time is 20 min, and sodium sulfide and trapping agent are added theoretically, pH〉4 and the dosages of the composite chemicals are added first, and then the pH can be adjusted by NaOH. Then, the concentration of the copper ions in water is reduced from 177 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L. The copper content in the residue is above 23% and no overflow of H2S is detected in the treatment process. Thus, the harmless resource recovery treatment of industrial acidic wastewater containing copper can be realized.
