摘 要:选择6只健康状况良好、体重35kg、年龄1.5岁左右、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的蒙古绵羊,研究了不同精粗比例日粮条件下,体内驱除瘤胃原虫对瘤胃微生物含量以及瘤胃内环境的影响。结果表明:当日粮精粗比20∶80时,驱除原虫导致瘤胃细菌含量显著增加(P<0.05),而真菌和纤维降解菌的含量变化不显著(P>0.05);同时,驱除原虫后瘤胃NH3-N浓度显著降低(P<0.05),pH值变化并不显著(P>0.05),总VFA浓度变化不显著(P>0.05),青干草DM、NDF和ADF有效降解率显著降低(P<0.05),当日粮精粗比为50∶50时,驱除原虫导致瘤胃纤维降解菌含量极显著降低(P<0.01),真菌和细菌含量变化不显著(P>0.05);驱除原虫后瘤胃pH值极显著降低(P<0.01),NH3-N浓度显著降低(P<0.05),同时总VFA浓度极显著增加(P<0.01),青干草DM、NDF和ADF有效降解率未受影响(P>0.05)。Six male Inner Mongolia sheep with weight about 35kg and aged near 1.5 years were used to study the effect of defannation in vivo on microbes and ruminal fermentation,with different ratios of concentrate to roughage.All the animals were fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas.The results showed that when the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 20:80, the number of bacteria significantly increased(P〈0.05), the number of fungi and cellulolytic bacteria was not changed a lot(P〉0.05).Meanwhile the concentration of NH3-N decreased significantly(P〈0.05)and pH value was unchanged after elimination of protozoa. There was no significance in concentration of total volatile fatty acid(P〉0.05), the ED of DM, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(roughage)were significantly decreased(P〈0.05).When the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 50:50,defaunation resulted in a significant decrease in populations of cellulolytic bacteria(P〈0.05). However, no significance was observed in fungi and bacteria. After elimination of protozoa, pH value and concentration of NH3-N decreased significantly (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05).Meanwhile the concentration of total VFA significantly inereased(P〈0.01). The ED of DM, NDF, and ADF(roughage)were not affected by defaunation(P〉0.05).
