高血压患者γ-谷氨酰转移酶与脉搏波速度相关性的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压患者中γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)与反映动脉顺应性指标[脉搏波速度(PWV)、大动脉顺应性(C1)、小动脉顺应性(C2)]的临床相关性。方法:入选高血压患者123例。以血管硬度测量仪测定肱-桡动脉PWV、C1、C2,以硝基苯酚连续监测法测定血γ-GT,并进行相关性分析。结果:不同γ-GT水平组间(四分位数分组)PWV、C1、C2、SBP、DBP、PP差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。线性相关分析显示:γ-GT与PWV(r=0.41)、SBP(r=0.24)、DBP(r=0.19)、PP(r=0.21)、C1(r=-0.2)具有显著相关性(P<0.05),与年龄(r=0.11P=0.23)、C2(r=-0.11,P=0.21)无相关性。结论:γ-GT与PWV具有显著相关性。Objective：To explore the relationship between γ-GT and the arterial compliance′s index as pulse wave velocity （PWV）,large arterial elastic indexes （C1）,small arterial elastic indexes （C2） in the cardiovascular diseases （CVD） patients.Method：We enrolled 123 patients and measured brachial-radial PWV,C1,C2 by using automatic PWV measurement system. The serum γ-GT level was assayed by automatic biochemisty analyzer.Result：There were significant difference of PWV,C1,C2,SBP,DBP,PP between subgroups with quartiled γ-GT level. Linear regression analysis indicated γ-GT was stongly associated with PWV,C1,SBP,DBP,PP,no significant correlation with age C2.Conclusion：There was a significant association between γ-GT and PWV.
