带状疱疹患者疱液病毒载量与临床特征的关系

摘　　要：目的研究水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)DNA载量与带状疱疹患者临床特征的相关性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法对68例带状疱疹患者皮损疱液中VZV DNA载量进行检测,并结合患者的临床特征进行分析。结果带状疱疹患者不同病情组(F=16.599,P<0.05)、病程组(t=3.313,P<0.05)、年龄组(t=2.26,P<0.05)的VZV DNA载量的水平差异均有统计学意义。结论VZV DNA载量与带状疱疹患者的临床特征有一定关系。Objective To study the relationship between clinical characteristics and virus load of herpes zoster. Methods Fluorescent quantitative PCR method was used to explore the virus load in blister fluid of 68 herpes zoster, and the relationship between virus load and clinical characteristics was analyzed. Results The difference of VZV DNA load was found in patients with different conditions（ F=16. 599,P 〈 0.05 ）;The difference of VZV DNA load was found in patients with different courses（t = 3.313, P 〈 0.05 ） ;The difference of VZV DNA load was found in patients with different ages （ t = 2.26, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions VZV DNA load was related with the clinical characteristics of herpes zosters.
