误诊为皮肤结核的着色芽生菌病1例

摘　　要：患者男,52岁,病程20余年,主要为外伤后左下肢出现红斑、斑块,继发结节、疣状增生。以"皮肤结核"治疗,无效。后经组织病理及真菌培养确诊为着色芽生菌病,予系统抗真菌和热疗等。Objective A case of chromoblastomycosis which was misdiagnosed as Tuberculosis Cutis. The 52-year-old patient, male, has been suffering from erythema, plaque, secondary nodules and verrucous lesions in his left lower extremity after exterior injuries for 20 years. He was misdiagnosed and treated as tuberculosis cuffs, but responded poorly to the treatments. Finally the disease was diagnosed as chromoblastomycosis by histopathologieal examination and fungal identification. Systemic antifungal therapy and direct heat application were then administered.
