润燥止痒胶囊联合咪唑斯汀缓释片治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将80例临床确诊的慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例口服润燥止痒胶囊4粒,3次/d,同时口服咪唑斯汀缓释片10mg,外用复方薄荷脑软膏,2次/d;对照组40例口服咪唑斯汀缓释片10mg,外用复方薄荷脑软膏,2次/d;连续治疗4周,根据评分标准进行疗效比较。结果治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组为67.5%。两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合咪唑斯汀可有效治疗慢性湿疹。Objective clinical study of runzaozhiyang capsule combined with mizolastine in the treatment of 40 patients with chronic eczema. Methods 80 patients with chronic eczema were randomized into treatment group and control group. The 40 patients in treatment group took 4 Runzaozhiyang capsules three times and 10mg mizolastine once orally every day. The 40 patients in control group took only mizolastine. Both the treatment and the control group received topical compound prescription menthol ointment twice per day and whole treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 87.5% , the control group 67.5%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Rnnzaozhiyang capsule combined with Mizolastine can treat patients with chronic eczema effectively and safely.
