羟考酮治疗难治性糖尿病神经痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸羟考酮控释片（奥施康定）治疗难治性糖尿病神经痛的临床效果及副反应。方法中、重度难治性糖尿病神经痛患者60例,给予盐酸羟考酮控释片（奥施康定）镇痛治疗。初始剂量5 mg/12 h,正在用吗啡类镇痛药者,按照吗啡1/2剂量换算。根据疼痛情况调整剂量,直至患者无痛或基本无痛,每位患者至少治疗30 d以上。同时进行疼痛强度及副反应观察。结果与治疗前相比,患者疼痛程度VAS明显降低（P〈0.05）,疼痛治疗有效率为96.4%（53/55例）,副反应少且轻微。结论盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗难治性糖尿病神经痛疗效显著,不良反应较少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with moderate or severe painful diabetic neuropathy were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets. The initial dose was 5 mg/12 h, or 1/2 that of the standard morphine regimen. During the course of treatment, the dosage was adjusted according to the patients＇ necessity until the pain completely disappeared or nearly did so. Each patient received the treatment for at least 30 days. At the same time, side effects were observed and recorded. Results Comparing with the pretreatment, the VAS significantly decreased （P〈 0.05）. The total rate of pain relief was 96.4 （53/55 cases）. The side effects of oxycodone were mild. Conclusions Oxycodone is effective in treatment of moderate and severe painful diabetic neuropathy and the side effects of oxycodone are mild.
