摘　　要：侗台语和南岛语、汉语有过不同时代的密切接触,侗台语中的这些借用成分不能作为发生关系的证据。进一步的比较表明,侗台语和藏缅语、汉语有发生学关系,而且包括侗台语在内的汉藏语与南岛、南亚语的基本词有同源对应关系。The loanwords from Austronesian and Chinese in Kam-Dai Languages should not be as the proof to explain their genetic relationships. The more comparisons show that the Kam-Dai language had genetic relationship with Tibeto-Burman and Chinese （Sino-Tibetan）, and their basic words have their cognate correspondences in Austronesian and Austro-Asiatic, and all of them were from Huanan Languages.
