摘　　要：农民工返乡创业是促进农民工返乡就业和增收的有效方式,也是从根本上解决"三农"问题的重要途径。文章在对返乡农民工现状分析的基础上,依据SWOT分析理论和QSPM矩阵决策分析工具,分别对返乡农民工的创业战略进行定性和定量研究,提出了开拓进取型和发展改进型两种战略选择,并针对这两种战略构建了返乡农民工创业的支持体系。Migrant workers return home to carve out a career is an effective way to promote the employment of migrant workers who returned home and increase their income, and it＇s also an important way to solve ＂Three Rural Issues＂ fundamentally. In this thesis, based on the analysis of the status of migrant workers who return home, according to SWOT analysis and matrix decision analysis tool--QSPM, qualitative and quantitative research has been done respectively on returned migrant workers＇ strategy of starting a business. We put forward two choice of strategy： one is SO strategy and the other is WO strategy, and construct a supporting system for migrant workers who returned home to start an undertaking.
