摘 要:在中度盐害的情况下,用四种SOD模拟物[Cu(phen)(L-ala)(H2O)]Cl·4H2O,[Cu(phen)(L-ser)(H2O)]Cl,[Cu(phen)(L-glu)(H2O)]Cl,[Cu(phen)(L-tyr)(H2O)]Cl·2H2O)(L-ala,L-ser,L-glu和L-tyr分别为L-丙氨酸,L-丝氨酸,L-谷氨酸及L-酪氨酸)对水稻浸种、叶面喷施。三叶期时,测定了其生物量并采用NBT光还原法测定了配合物对水稻幼苗SOD的影响。实验结果表明,经模拟物处理后,水稻幼苗的生物量提高了3.70~40.74%(鲜重)和2.29~37.67%(干重),体内SOD活性提高最大达42.31%。表明这些模拟物能有效缓解水稻幼苗所受的盐害胁迫。The effects of the four SOD mimics ([Cu (phen) (L-ala) (H2O)]Cl .4H2O, [Cu (phen) (L-ser) (H2O)]Cl, [Cu (phen) (L-glu)(H2O)]Cl,[Cu (phen)(L-tyr)(H2O)]Cl.2H2O) (L-ala=L-alanine,L-ser=-L-serine, L-glu=L-glutamicacid, L-tyr=L-tyrosine) on rice seedlings under a moderate degree of salt stress were investigated. The rice was treated with a certain concentrations of SOD mimics (0.1 - 0.5 μmol L^-1) by the way of soaking and spraying. The biomass and SOD activities were determined when they were in the-3th-leaf period. The results showed that the SOD mimics could increase the biomass[3.70% - 40.74%(fresh), 2.29% - 37.67% (dry)] and enhanced the SOD activities(6.46% - 42.31%), indicating that the SOD mimics could protect the rice seedling against the salt stress.
