摘 要:提出一种光电轴角编码器动态精度检测的简便、易行的方法。该方法以lissajou图形为基础,即使在不等速旋转条件下,也能对编码器光电信号的动态参数进行分析。光电轴角编码器的莫尔条纹信号质量是细分误差大小的决定性因素。提高编码器精度可以通过减小细分误差的方法来实现,即:提高莫尔条纹信号质量。建立了莫尔条纹信号的数学模型,利用VB编制的仿真程序模拟编码器光电信号参数变化对莫尔条纹信号质量的影响。对直流电平偏移、信号幅度不等、信号不正交、信号含有高次谐波等,进行了计算机仿真,由仿真结果可对光电信号参数偏离理想值的情况作出判断,实现了对编码器莫尔条纹信号质量的检测,对编码器动态精度检测具有重要意义。The method of dynamic and precise detection for photoelectrical rotary encoder is proposed. This method is simple and easy which takes the lissajou graph as a foundation. Even if under the condition of non-uniform velocity revolving, it can carry on the analysis to the dynamic parameter of the optic-electro signal from the encoder. The signal quality of moire fringe from photoeleetrical rotary encoder is the determining factor of interpolation errors. Increasing of the encoder precision can realize through reducing the interpolation error. That is improving the signal quality of moir6 fringe. The mathematical model of moire fringe has been established. The simulated program is es- tablished by use of the encoder c of VB. With the program, the influence on the moire fringe quality when the optic-electro signals hange was simulated. The computer simulation contains level displacement of the direct current, inequality of the signal amplitude, different orthogonality of the signal, the higher harmonic in the signal and so on Then, the deviation from ideal value of the optical-electro signal parameter was judged. It has realized to examine the signal quality of the encoder moire fringe. It has the important meaning to the dynamic accuracy examination of the encoder.
