摘  要:通过数值模拟方法比较了3种不同型式喷口对低浓度煤层气燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:燃气喷口周向均匀布置时,喷口出口处形成稳定的中心回流区,煤层气着火提前,尾部出口烟气中可燃成分少,燃烧效率高。并对燃气喷口与燃烧空间中心之间距离进行了优化分析,结果表明当间距从15mm增大到45mm时,回流区的尺寸与强度均增大,但间距增大到30mm以上后,继续增大间距对燃烧的影响减小。The influence of three types of nozzle on the combustion process of the low concentration coal bed methane was analyzed through numerical simulation. The results show that: when the nozzles annutarly distributed, the stable backflow region was formed, the combustion could be advanced, thus the flue gas emitted from the outlet contains less combustible components and a high efficient combustion could be realized. The distance between the nozzle and the center of combustion space is also under the optimization examination. It was found that while the distance increased from 15mm to 45 mm, the size and intensity are also increased. However, when the distance is above 30mm, the increased distance's influence onto the combustion becomes weak.
