摘 要:分析了现场应用的蛇形汽封弹簧的失效原因,并通过实验发现,目前现场正在使用的一种一端带弯头的蛇形弹簧,在运行时,由于同一根弹簧上各波段的弹性力变形相差很大,导致与之相配用汽封段的汽封齿被严重磨损,这是机组效率降低的主要原因之一。实验研究表明,当汽封弹簧采用中间定位时,在弹簧受力变化的情况下,整根弹簧从头到尾的波高变化量基本一致。最后对弹簧结构的优化设计、安装定位工艺以及弹簧材料的选取提出了自己的观点。The invalidation reasons were discussed in this paper for the applied steam turbine seal snake-type spring. By experiments, snake-type spring which has a elbow in the one end is used at present in the seal of units. Elastic forces of waves in the same spring are very different, which makes the corresponding sealing tooth abraded seriously. Sealing tooth is abraded seriously which result in unit efficiency reducing. Experiment indicates wave heights from one end to the other end in the same spring change a little when the spring is fixed in the middle and elastic forces of spring change. At the end of this paper, it was proposed that seal spring structure designing was optimized and fixing techniques and the choosing of seal spring materials.
