摘　　要：红河发电厂#1机300MW汽轮发电机组在2008下半年出现氢气纯度下降速度变快,靠频繁补氢置换维持的异常情况,通过阶段性SIS趋势分析以及现场试验,最终判断为氢侧密封油箱自动补排油浮球阀存在关闭不严问题,并制定现场措施解决了发电机氢纯度下降速度快的问题,保证了发电机氢系统的稳定运行。No. 1 turbogenerator of Honghe Power Generation CO., Ltd appear hydrogen purity decline speed up in the second half of 2008, which need frequent replacement to keep. Through on-site test, the conclusion is the existence of floating ball valve closed lax problems. Measures are taken to address the scene of the power generator hydrogen purity rate of decline quick question, to ensure that the generator hydrogen system for stable operation.
