摘 要:以氮、磷营养元素指标、植物多样性指标和动物多样性指标对目前巢湖东半湖的富营养化状况进行了综合的评价。结果表明,2007年巢湖东半湖总氮平均含量为1.511mg/L,总磷平均为0.115mg/L,Shannon-Wiener指数值为1.63,7月份叶绿素a的含量最高,8月份Margalef指数最小,依此判定巢湖东半湖水体处于中度富营养化状态,并且在7月和8月达到高峰期。对巢湖形成富营养化成因进行分析,导致其富营养化的原因较为复杂,其中城市污水和地表径流是主要的污染源,并根据分析结果提出了巢湖富营养化的防治对策。A comprehensive evaluation on eutrophication in east-half of Chaohu Lake was made using nutritional indices (total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentration) and biodiversity indices (Shannon-Wiener and Margalef indices based on phytoplankton association and zooplankton association). The results showed as following. The annual average concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in east-half of Chaohu Lake in 2007 was 1.511 mg/L and 0. 115 mg/L, respectively. Shannon-Wiener index of phytoplankton was 1.63. The content of chlorophyll a increased gradually and reached the maximum in July and then decreased, with a minimum in January. Margalef indices were high in winter and spring, decreased in summer, reached its minimal value in August. From above, it can be concluded that the east-half of Chaohu Lake is at medium level of eutrophication. The causes for the eutrophication in east-half of Chaohu Lake are complex. Municipal wastewater and surface runoff are the main pollutant sources. Some countermeasures were also proposed to control the eutrophication of the lake.
