摘　　要：晚明的东林党议,与中国古代传统社会中的清议传统直接相关。中国古代的清议传统,一方面源于传统的儒家思想资源,另一方面则是因为传统政治制度为其存在提供了一定的空间。清议这一政治现象对传统政治既有补充和完善的作用,但同时由于传统政治中伦理和政治不分的特性,使得清议往往具有泛道德性,进而偏离其政治批判的路向。The Donglin political criticism of later Ming Dynasty is based on the carefree talk of the traditional society, which is related with the Confucians as well as the traditional political system. The carefree talk is beneficial for the traditional political system. Meanwhile it is not perfect because of the traditional polities which mixed the politics and the moral principles.
