层间作用和线度对多层球状纳米系统电子势能的影响

摘  要:确立考虑层间作用情况下多层球状纳米系统的物理模型和电子势能满足的方程,应用格林函数法和傅立叶展开,求出系统的电子势能。分别以CdS/HgS/CdS封闭型和HgS/CdS/HgS开放型球状纳米系统为例,讨论了层间作用和线度对系统电子势能变化规律的影响.结果表明:与比不考虑层间作用的情况相比,层间作用的存在,使封闭型球系统的电子势垒平均高度有所降低,而开放型的电子势垒平均高度有所增高;层间作用愈大,电子势垒高度降低(或增高)得愈多,电子势能曲线起伏愈大.系统内核的线度愈大,电子势能曲线起伏愈小,电子势垒高度降低(或增高)得愈小,层间作用的影响也减小.By considering interlamellar effect, the physical model and the equation of the electronic potential energy had been worked out of a multi-layer spherical namometric system. With the Green's function method and Fourier transform, the electronic potential energy had been determined. Taking CdS/HgS/CdS closed system and HgS/CdS/HgS open system as examples, the effect of system size and interlamellar effect on the electronic potential energy had been discussed. The results were shown that interlamellar effect reduced the average height of the electronic potential rampart of the closed system, but increase that of the open system; The intenser the interaction between layers was, the larger the change of the electronic potential rampart was, and the greater the undulation of the electronic potential energy curve was~ The bigger the size of the system kernel was, the smaller the change of the electronic potential rampart was, and the smaller the undulation of the electronic potential energy curve was, and the little the interaction between layers was.
