摘 要:本文利用酵母双杂交系统研究了拟南芥中全长atp6与不同长度psaL之间的相互作用,通过观察含有共转化质粒的酵母,在组氨酸(His)和腺嘌呤(Ade)营养缺陷条件下的生长情况,以及对β-半乳糖苷酶(LacZ基因编码)的定性和定量分析,表明ATP6与PSAL之间具有较强的相互作用,并且这种相互作用在全长atp6和psaL的中间区段,PSAL的信号肽和C端的存在阻碍了这种相互作用.The interaction between the full length of atp6 and the different lengths of psaL of Arabidopsis thaliana has been studied by the yeast two-hybrid system. The results showed that there was very strong interaction between them by observing the growth of the co-transformants 'yeasts in the SD medium without histidine(His) and adenine(Ade),and analyzing the qualitative and quantitative assay of flgalactosidase(coded by LacZ gene ). The interaction with the full length of atp6 was the middle section of psaL. The results also illustrated that the interaction had been blocked by the existence of the signal peptide and the carboxy-terminal in the PSAL protein.
