摘 要:以不同浓度的N-苯基-2-萘胺对铜绿微囊藻进行处理,研究铜绿微囊藻的生长曲线、叶绿素a的含量和抗氧化酶的活性.结果表明,N-苯基-2-萘胺对铜绿微囊藻的抑制效果比较明显,EC_(50,7d)=5mg/L、7 mg/L和10mg/L的N-苯基-2-萘胺培养液在第10d抑制效果分别达到92.7%和96.8%.叶绿素a的含量随着培养液中N-苯基-2-萘胺浓度的升高而降低,在10mg/L的培养液中,培养时间8h和24h的藻叶绿素a的含量与对照相比分别降低了67.4%和75.9%;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性都随着N-苯基-2-萘胺浓度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,低浓度表现出促进作用,高浓度则表现出抑制作用.N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine is an allelochemical found in roots of Eichhornia crassipes. Its effect on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa by determining chlorophyll a and anuoxlaant enzyme activity to understand the inhibition mechanism of N-phenyl -2-naphthylamine on M. aeruginosa was re- ported. The result indicated that N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine had significant inhibitory effect on the growth of M. aerugim and the value of EC50,7d was 5 mg/L. The inhibition effects of medium with 7 mg/L and 10 mg/L N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine were 92.7 % and 96.8 % respectively compared with the control. The content of chlorophyll a declined with the increase of N- phenyl-2-naphthylamine concentration. When the concentration of N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine was 10mg/L, the content of chlorophyll a declined to 32.6% in 8h, and 24. 1% in 24h. Activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxide and catalase were promoted by lower concentration of N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, and inhibited by higher concentration.
