摘　　要：学报作为社会信息系统中的一个子系统,它的运作和传播过程,要受到传播场中各种因素的影响,是各种生态要素相互作用的结果。必须改变传播环境恶化、生态失衡的现状,通过人为地施以积极有益的影响,来调节学报与生态系统的各要素之间的互动关系,构建人——学报——社会系统的和谐关系,保持它们的良性循环。University journal is a subsystem of the social information system. Its operation and transmission are not only influenced by some factors inside the field of communication, but also caused by the interactions of many ecological factors. Therefore , only by changing the current situation of environmental deterioration and ecological imbalance and by taking some positive man - made measures to regulate the interactions between university journal and various factors in ecological system , can we establish good and harmonious ecological environment favorable for university journal to develop soundly.
