摘　　要：选择石羊河上游水源涵养型Ⅱ级小流域为试验示范单元,遵循近自然林业理论和生态经济规律,集成运用封育保护、抚育促优、灌丛改造、退耕还林、退牧还草、造林营林、流域治理等生物、工程与农业技术措施,恢复重建乔、灌、草复合植被群落,提高林草覆盖度,改善河道水域生境,形成结构相对稳定的水源涵养综合防护体系,提升高原山地生态服务功能。The small watershed in grade II of water resource conservation in the upper reaches ot 3myang river was chosen as experiment and demonstration unit. Close -to -nature forestry theory and eco - economic law were followed. Biotechnology, engineering and agricultural technology measures, including the close hillsides to facilitate afforestation protection, tending and promoting better, shrub transformation, conversion of cropland to forest, returning cropping land to forage land afforestation forest culture management and watershed management were applyed all together. The purpose of experiment was to restore and reconstrnet the complex vegetation community of arbor, bush and grass, increase coverage degree of forest and grass, improve waters habitat of fiver, form relatively stable - structure comprehensive protective system of water conservation and promote ecological service function of plateau hill.
